Summer fun

I've been trying to get out and do stuff even though it's hard sometimes without Logan but I do my best. Last week I took Connor to a swimming beach. They have this super cool pirate playground ship. 

Connor loved the slide and climbing to the very top! 

After swimming a while and chasing him down on the beach he finally sat for a little snack and some pictures. Here he decided to hold up and show his snack. 

Her is another natural Connor pose he decided to do. 

This summer I signed Connor up for 2 weeks of Mommy and Me swim lessons! Here we are on our first day. Connor has learned how to kick, jump off the side into my arms and blow bubbles with his mouth in the water.

After class that day I actually got a sitter and went paddle boarding for the first time! I must have been on a good board because everyone I've ever talked to says its so hard to learn to stand on them but I didn't have any problems at all and never even kind of fell. I found it a lot harder to paddle back to shore against the wind. Although it was a good workout! 

This boy loves to climb on top of things! 

I'm excited and trying to get ready for our trip over to the states. I got these cool kid headphones and if Connor will keep them on I'm sure he will like them too! Plus they have an extra port to plug in a second set of headphones so I can listen in too. 

Happy Friday! This morning Connor didn't want to get up so I pretense was a little baby again and stole some snuggles! Even the angle makes him look smaller! I love my baby! 

Remember that climbing thing? Yeah, so the other day I was putting the dishes up and heard a sound in the other room that sounded suspicious. It actually took me a second to find him! He had climbed on the blanket basket, to the top of the small bookshelf and then all the way across behind the tv. When I went to get him down I found out what he was after when he pointed to the blocks I had "hidden" on the big bookshelf. 

This morning I moved the basket but this little kid pulled the bag of blacks over and  still got up again! 

Breakfast. He tried to get both his milk and yogurt in at the same time! 

It's been really rainy because of a typhoon that hit Taiwan last night. We have been really lucky it hasn't really affected our swim classes. Today at the very end we had already wrapped class up but we're still in the pool and all the sudden it started dumping! So we were pretty wet still when we got home. I usually carry Connor in because he loves splashing in puddles so much but he was already wet so this lucky boy got to splash to his hearts content! 

Connor has been really into coloring and holding anything that even resembles a crayon or pen. Today this goof ball realized green beans were long and skinny too! Haha! Here he is pretending to color! 

The best part is that you do get to eat them after!
