Ok, now that I have your attention I wanted to share what I came up with for dinner tonight! So I had bought all this stuff from the farmers markets and turned it into a really yummy stir fry tonight!
It has bok choy, yardlong beans, water spinach and galangal root in it!! Doesn't that sound exotic! And it's all fresh in season produce! Then I made a simple sauce and added beef and put it over rice.
It was delicious!
In other news I've decided Connor should be a hobbit for Halloween and he turns two in just over a week!!!
This morning he was also being particularly cute walking his dinosaur across his table and feeding it cereal! I love this goofy little boy!
