I've been working on running faster. Something I pretty much have never done. I was perfectly fine at running and sports until puberty hit. After that, any Fat Amy quote could work for me ("mmm...better not" "Yeah, no. Don't put me down for Cardio" "Horizontal Running") haha I love Pitch Perfect! So, if I ran a mile or two at a 11 or 12 minute mile I was pretty happy.
Logan told me that to get better you have to push your self. He also taught me that a lot of running is a mind game in telling your body to not stop when it thinks you should. So this is what I have been trying on the treadmill at the gym (it is WAY too hot to run outside).
Here is some of my progress. I know that it is not amazing but it is good for ME and I am improving - that is all that counts. (By now, I know that I cannot compare myself to Logan when he somehow runs two time faster than me). Plus, I probably ran my best mile in my whole life today!
