Connor really thought that Grandma's backyard was quite magical! Grandma taught him how to go lizard hunting! Even once we got back to Okinawa, Connor goes outside and starts looking in the bushes while saying "lizard...lizard..." It is adorable!
Connor really loves his Grandma! He warmed up to her right away...it may have had something to do with her taking him to see the ceiling fans haha! But even more then him just liking her, he thought she was so much fun! Grandma was also the best to tease! Here he is laughing at mom! It was so funny to him to put chalk hands in his mouth and then laugh and laugh when Grandma told him that was yucky!
Dad came home from Bloomfield with the first green bean crop of the season off the plants. Connor was interested and so Grandma gave him one. Turned out Connor really liked fresh yummy green beans and ate a dozen just like this!
Here are the boys working on the car! Dad was out there too but I couldn't get all three to smile at me at the same time!
Here is Connor on piano. I think he is about as good as me!
One afternoon we decided to go to the Natural History Museum. It was so fun and spontaneous! Mom was awesome and just dropped what she was doing and drove us down so we could get there before it closed. We got there with an hour before it closed. I asked the attendant what the military discount was and she asked how many were in our party and then let us in for free! Yay, good price! It also turned out that you really only need an hour at the museum with a toddler anyway.
Mom was so nice and got some pictures so I could be in them too! Thanks mom!
It was hilarious watching Connor run around! He was so happy to be able to touch and see everything! I love it when he runs with his arms back! haha
Watching a animated video of how a comet killed all the dinosaurs!
Connor run into the volcano exhibit and stopped right here where they have glass cutouts that look like you are walking over lava. Its funny because he is not a very cautious person. I think he really thought they were real trenches because he at first tried to walk around the side and then asked for his dad's help. He was trying to very carefully walk across the black strips in the middle until he saw his dad walk on the glass and then it was full speed ahead again.
watch out for saber tooth tigers!
Thanks again mom for getting some cute shots of all of us!
I made mom get in a few pictures too to show she was there!

I thought this was a cool cloud grazing on top of the Sandias.
One of the last nights Connor didn't want to go to sleep. I had him down on the floor to change his diaper and right after I finished the little stinker quickly crawled under his crib to get away. He is so funny sometimes!
"Lizard, lizard...."
Mom again was amazing for watching Connor so Logan and I could go attend the temple before we left. It was great! Here we are also standing in the same spot Logan proposed to me! Wow these pictures are 6 1/2 years apart!
