I always feel so lucky to have so many friends here in Okinawa! It honestly has been such a blessing! I felt so loved at my shower! Here are some picture highlights!
It was at my friend Claire's home and she used the woodland baby theme that I'm doing in my nursery! Claire made the yummiest pumpkin cheesecakes, sweet ham sandwiches, veggies and the cute water bottle wrappers that said "Welcome Connor". My other friend made the cutest hedgehog cream puffs and watermelon.
I felt so bad because the day before the shower, the power at our houses went out three times that day right in the middle of making the cheesecakes! In the end, everything turned out but I know it added a lot more work/stress.
Playing the purse game. I only lost by one point!
Opening presents. I got a lot of clothes, diapers, a few little toys, plus some other things I'll need when baby comes.
Preggers!! The three of us to the right are all due at the end of October.
